It’s a pleasure to discover this type of activity, especially when it’s two steps from home! The thrill of falling is quickly replaced with adrenalin and a sense pride. You can even admire the Bard brooke below, which is beautiful. This activity pushes you to let go and surpass yourself… and you won’t regret it !
You can have fun and choose different jumps: simple jump, back-flip… there’s something for everyone!
I felt comfortable, firstly because of Benoit’s explanations before jumping, and then because the equipment is super safe: you are held by 3 climbing ropes during your jump, and you can choose to wear a helmet… it couldn’t be safer!
